The Manitoba Private Wine Stores Association (MPWSA) represents all of the Private Wine Stores in the province of Manitoba, Canada. MPWSA is in charge of Joint Purchasing of Wine, on behalf of its member stores, and managing the joint inventory. We hold monthly sessions for wine producers from around the world to present new wines (or to send samples). With the joint buying power of our member stores, we offer the international producers a “volume” alternative for distribution in Manitoba, and pass on the savings to the consumers in Manitoba. The MPWSA is also the joint advertising and promotions arm of its member stores. It also provides joint Advocacy, Regulatory and Operational Liaison on behalf of the Private Wine Stores of Manitoba. The activities of the MPWSA are guided by 11-member Board of Directors from the owners of its member stores.
